Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity and spiritual intelligence to the students self-efficacy. The object in this study were management students of the Economics faculty at UNIM management (Islamic University of Majapahit) Mojokerto 2013/2014. This study used Simple random sampling. The number of samples which were used in this study were 113 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that creativity gives significant effect on students self-efficacy. Creativity influences independence. Spiritual intelligence influences students self-efficacy. Self-efficacy influences student independence. However, Spiritual intelligence does not affect the independence of the student. Creativity does not affect the independence through student self-efficacy. Spiritual intelligence does not affect the independence through self-efficacy

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation and academic achievement for investment interest and investment decisions study. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has direct significant effect on accounting learning achievement. Accounting learning achievement does not significantly influence the investment interest. Extrinsic motivation has significant effect on investment interest. investments Interest significantly influence investment decisions. accounting Learning achievement has significant effect on investment decisions, and extrinsic motivation significantly influence investment decisions. While extrinsic motivation indirectly has a significant influence on investment decisions through investment interest, so that the interest showed to mediate investment extrinsic motivation on student investment decisions, and learning achievement of accounting has a significant influence on investment decisions through investment interest, so that the investment interest shown to mediate the learning achievement of accounting student investment decisions. The findings in this study is that the investment interest plays an important role in investment decisions of students.

Abstract

This study analyze the influence of the attitude of entrepreneurship, a subjective norm and efficacy themselves against entrepreneurship behaviour through students’ entrepreneurial intention. The population of this study are the 2010 and 2011 generations of economic education students FKIP Jember University in the academic year 2013/2014 as many as 174 people with the total samples 121 people. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that entrepreneurial attitude and self-efficacy significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitude and self-efficacy significantly influence entrepreneurial behaviour. Whereas, subjective norm does not directly affect either the intention of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behaviour. Entrepreneurial intentions are also not directly influence the entrepreneurial behaviour. Likewise, an entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm and self-efficacy also no significant effect on entrepreneurial behaviour intention through entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of prior knowledge, learning discipline and classroom communication climate on productive accounting learning student class XI accounting in SMK Negeri 3 Bangkalan. The population in this study is class XI student of Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 Bangkalan as many as 157 students. In this study, sampling was simple random sampling, with a total sample of 113 respondents.Techniques or methods of data collected by questionnaires and documentation. The method used is quantitative. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: There was a simultaneously significant effect of prior knowledge, learning discipline and classroom climate communication to the learning outcomes; There is a significant effect of initial partial knowledge of the learning outcomes; There was a partial significant effect of discipline to the learning outcomes; There was a partial significant effect of class communications climate to the learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of socioeconomic status and financial management education in the family to the financial literacy in 1st State Vocational School of Surabaya academic year 2013–2014. Population of this study were 197 students. Sampled by 132 students selected by using simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. The method of analysis in this study was regression linear. The results showed that the socioeconomic status of parents directly influence financial literacy, financial management education in the family influence on financial literacy and socioeconomic status also family financial education has significant direct effect on financial literacy

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation and perceptions about vocational competency lessons on student learning results in SMKN 1 Pamekasan. The population consists of 119 students of class XI SMKN 1 Pamekasan academic year 2013-2014. 92 students as sample are taken by simple random sampling. Technique of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. This research used the quantitative approach and data were be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the partially and simultaneously motivation and perceptions have a significant effect on student learning results in SMKN 1 Pamekasan. greatest Influence is perceptions on student learning by 37%

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the discipline of learning and participation on student achievement with confidence as moderation. The population is class X in academic year 2013-2014 with a total of 117 students. 88 students Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. Research using method of explanation by quantitative approach that consists of learning the discipline, participation, confidence, and learning achievement. The results showed the discipline of learning and participation has a positive influence and significant on student achievement both partially and simultaneously. Confidence no significant effect as a moderating influence on the learning achievement of learning discipline. Confidence has significant effect as a moderation influencing student participation on learning achievement. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant impact on the discipline of learning and participation influences on student achievement in class X SMK the district of Dawarblandong
